2. General information about processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, communicate with you, arrange appointments, or take steps before entering into and performing a contract. The relevant legal bases include Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR and, where you have expressly consented, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and there are no statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons for continued storage. Data is disclosed only where necessary for the stated purposes, required by law, or covered by valid consent.
3. Hosting and website delivery
The website is hosted by Ador Design GmbH, Wittestraße 30K, 13509 Berlin, on servers located in Germany. Delivering the website technically requires processing information such as the IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, browser, and operating system.
According to the website operator, no server access logs are stored. Data needed for transmission is therefore processed only for the duration of the technical transfer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of the website. Where required, a data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Language selection
When you change the language, we store the first-party cookie “site_language”. It contains only “de” or “en”, cannot be accessed by JavaScript, and expires after one year. It is used solely to remember the language you expressly selected.
Storage is required for the language service you requested and is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a convenient bilingual website.
5. Elfsight: Instagram content and Google reviews
We use Elfsight to display Instagram content and Google reviews on the home page, the About page, and the location pages. The Elfsight platform loads automatically when one of these pages is opened. This transmits information including your IP address, operating system, and browser type to Elfsight. Elfsight states that it uses this technical data to operate and secure its service, troubleshoot errors, and detect abuse, and that it deletes the data after seven days.
According to Elfsight, the cookie “elfsight_viewed_recently” is set for 15 seconds to prevent duplicate counting of widget views. Depending on the widget settings, Google Fonts may also be loaded. There is currently no separate consent prompt for Elfsight.
We rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for processing technical connection data. Our legitimate interest is displaying current social media content and authentic customer reviews. The recipient is Elfsight. Processing in the United States or other third countries cannot be ruled out.

6. Vimeo videos
Vimeo videos do not load automatically. We initially display locally stored preview images only. When you select “Load video from Vimeo”, the Vimeo player is embedded and a connection to Vimeo is established. Vimeo may receive your IP address, device and browser information, player usage data, and existing Vimeo cookies, and may set essential security cookies.
We use Vimeo’s “dnt=1” parameter, which is intended to prevent the player from setting new non-essential analytics and marketing cookies. Loading the player is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, given by consciously selecting the load button. Vimeo also processes data in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
